CHARLESTON, S.C., Dec. 28, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Revolutions Medical Corporation ("Revolutions Medical" or the "Company") (OTCQB:RMCP) announced today that is has entered into a marketing and distribution agreement with CeifiT, Ltd., ("CeifiT") a medical equipment and device distribution company based in Israel to distribute the Company's RevVac™ auto-retractable vacuum safety syringe. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, CeifiT was granted exclusive distribution rights of the RevVac™ safety syringe in Israel, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. The exclusivity right, which is performance-based, calls for CeifiT to distribute a minimum of 3,000,000 units per quarter of the RevVac™ safety syringe. CeifiT also placed its initial order with the Company.
