(AMEX:QSC) today announced that at its regularly scheduled meeting on February 29, 2008, its Board of Directors authorized the repurchase of up to 7,000,000 shares, which is approximately 10 percent of the Company’s outstanding common stock. As of December 31, 2007, Questcor had 70.1 million common shares outstanding.
