Health care investment firm PTV Sciences LP has told regulators that it has raised $24.7 million for a new fund. The Austin-based venture capital firm collected the capital from 30 investors via PTV Special Opportunities I LP, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Firm spokeswoman Brooke Akins, director of investor relations and fund administrator, declined to comment.
