BOSTON, May 22, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Biopharma analytical software provider Protein Metrics Inc. today announces that Rose Lawler, B.A., B.S., M.B.A., has joined the company as a Customer Success Engineer. Ms. Lawler will play a key role in expanding Protein Metrics’ customer engagement to encourage further training and workflow development. Based in the Boston/Cambridge area, Ms. Lawler will be responsible for helping customers apply PMI software to their analytical workflows in order to gain scientific and business advantage as quickly as possible.

Ms. Lawler joins Protein Metrics from Waters Corporation, where she served as a Principal Product Manager for many of the company’s bioinformatics products including the Biopharmaceutical Platform Solution and Glycan Application Solution with UNIFI, Scientific Libraries with UNIFI, and DynamX HDX Data Analysis Software. In this role, she organized and supported focus groups and beta test site collaborations throughout the product development process to properly define requirements and ensure alignment with customer needs. Prior to Waters, Ms. Lawler served as a Product Manager for Thermo Fisher Scientific for the SIEVE, Mass Frontier, and mzCloud products. Ms. Lawler began her scientific career as a medicinal chemist and then drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics bioanalyst at Elan Pharmaceuticals focusing on neuroscience research.
