TEL AVIV, Sept 16 (Reuters) - Procter & Gamble (PG.N) will pay up to $100 million to acquire Israeli medical device firm ConTipi, a developer of disposable inserts to prevent urinary incontinence in women, the Maariv daily said on Thursday.
