PAUL, Minn., April 23 /PRNewswire/ -- The Prime Therapeutics LLC (Prime) Board of Directors announced today that Timothy Dickman, President and Chief Executive Officer, has left the company to pursue other interests, effective April 23, 2009. Kim Mageau, Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will serve as interim President and Chief Executive Officer.
