(“Pharming” or “the Company”) (Euronext Amsterdam: PHARM) announces its (unaudited) financial report for the eight months ended 31 August 2016. These financial statements are being published to provide all shareholders and investors with the most current financial information in order to enable a full understanding of the implications of the Company’s recently announced deal to acquire the commercialization rights to RUCONEST® in North America from its partner Valeant and the related proposed financing activity.
