WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PerkinElmer, Inc., (NYSE: PKI), a global leader focused on improving the health and safety of people and the environment, today announced that the Company has completed its acquisition of Perten Instruments Group AB.
Perten is a Stockholm, Sweden-based leading global supplier of advanced analytical instruments for quality control of food, grain, flour and feed. The completion of the acquisition is not expected to have a material impact on PerkinElmer’s results for the fourth quarter of 2014.
