Yahoo Finance -- Panera Bread® and the Make-A-Wish Foundation® have joined forces to help grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. To celebrate this new collaboration, on Saturday, May 16, from 2-4 p.m., select Southern California Panera Bread bakery-cafes located in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and the Inland Empire will hold "Upcoming Wish Parties" for children waiting to have their wish granted by the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Children attending these "Upcoming Wish Parties" along with their families will receive a personal artisan bread-making lesson from an expert Panera Bread baker and will have an opportunity to make and sample their favorite sandwiches and desserts. A private lunch party will follow this fun culinary lesson.
