OxySure™ Systems, Inc. Announces Test Production Run; Adds 12 New Distributors

FRISCO, Texas, March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Today OxySure(TM) Systems, Inc. announced that it has completed first articles and is conducting a test production run of its new Emergency Portable Oxygen Generator, Model 615. In addition, the Company has concluded comprehensive distribution agreements with 12 new distribution partners. Both these steps have moved the Company a significant step closer to the final launch of the OxySure(TM) Emergency Portable Oxygen Generator, Model 615 later in the Spring. Model 615 was approved by the Food & Drug Administration in December 2005 for sale over the counter, without the need for a prescription, and will be offered with related accessories and options, including a display cabinet and packaging options.

The Company said that it is fine-tuning the assembly processes to optimize design integrity and its operational systems, validating its quality systems and establishing best practices for the manufacturing of the Model 615. While most of the injection molding activities are outsourced to a manufacturing partner based in Wisconsin, the Company currently performs all final assembly operations out of 2 facilities based in Carrollton, Texas to ensure the highest standards for the product.

The 12 new distributors added by OxySure include regional, national and global organizations and represent a comprehensive distribution network that geographically covers the entire United States across different key vertical markets, including emergency preparedness, occupational health and safety and medical device markets.
