OxySure™ Systems, Inc. Announces 16,200 Square Foot Lease in Frisco; Obtains $567,000 Economic Incentive Package

FRISCO, Texas, April 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Today OxySure(TM) Systems, Inc. announced that it has entered into a lease agreement with Sinacola Commercial Properties Ltd. for 16,200 square feet of space in the City of Frisco. The Company also obtained an incentive package totaling $567,000 from Sinacola and the Frisco Economic Development Corporation (“FEDC”) for investment in infrastructure and related improvements to its new Frisco facility. Pending the completion of the build-out of the facility by early summer of 2007, the Company plans to utilize the building as its new corporate headquarters and to consolidate its manufacturing assembly operations. The building, which is known as the Frisco Center Building is conveniently located along the North Dallas Tollway and in the path of the explosive northward growth of Frisco.
