The summit will take place on Thursday, Nov. 1 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the Westin Georgetown in Washington, D.C. Chairs of the summit include Julie R. Brahmer, M.D., M.Sc., co-director, upper aerodigestive department, Bloomberg-Kimmel Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy; director, thoracic oncology program, professor of oncology, Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins University; Benjamin P. Designed for community oncologists, fellows, nurse practitioners, nurses, physician assistants, researchers, and other health care professionals interested in the treatment of patient’s lung cancer, this summit will discuss optimal strategies for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) molecular interrogation, targeted therapy, emerging targetable biomarkers, updates in immunotherapy in advanced NSCLC, and future immuno-oncology strategies. The event will also feature a peer exchange, which will be followed by a panel discussion and question-and-answer session.
