Mr. Rogers is a seasoned consulting professional with nearly 30 years of experience within the life sciences and technology industries. Prior to joining Octagon, Mr. Rogers served as director, Regulatory Services as well as director, Enterprise and Strategic Operations Solutions at Stelex. . Prior to Stelex, he spent over 10 years as a consultant for IBM (NYSE: IBM). Mr. Rogers is member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
