Nymox reported a net loss of $1,350,536, or $0.05 per share for the quarter ending September 30, 2008, compared to $1,386,084, or $0.05 per share for same period in 2007. Product sales amounted to $82,171 for the third quarter of 2008, compared to $62,132 for the same period in 2007. The weighted average number of common shares for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 was 29,815,670, compared to 29,646,249 for the same period in 2007.
