A new bioscience venture firm seeks $200 million to invest in a state with plenty of sun and science but not much start-up capital. The firm, Select BioVentures, formed late last summer and began raising Select BioVenture Partners LP early this year, according to Dale A. Barnstable, a managing member of the Palm Beach, Fla., firm.
