Monarch is a contract research organization with expertise in protein biomarker discovery, development and validation. The 1-2-3 Workflow from GeneGo automatically uploads proteomics data, compares the datasets, identifies common, similar and unique components of the datasets, conducts enrichment analysis in multiple ontologies such as diseases, canonical pathways and functional processes; calculates the most relevant networks and the focal hub proteins. The end product is a comprehensive Word report.
