MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MOCON, Inc. (Nasdaq:MOCO) announced today that on May 16, 2008, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of eight and one-half cents ($0.085) per share, payable on August 15, 2008, to shareholders of record on August 1, 2008. This is a six percent increase over the previous rate of eight cents per share.
