VIENNA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Miracor Medical Systems GmbH announced today that the first German patient was successfully treated using its PICSO® (Pressure-controlled Intermittent Coronary Sinus Occlusion) System designed to improve myocardial perfusion following primary PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention, or angioplasty).
