Millendo Therapeutics Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

Millendo Therapeutics, Inc., a late-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel treatments primarily for orphan endocrine diseases, announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock.

ANN ARBOR, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Millendo Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: MLND), a late-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel treatments primarily for orphan endocrine diseases, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock. Millendo also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock sold in the public offering. All of the shares are being offered by Millendo.

Citigroup and SVB Leerink are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

The shares are being offered by Millendo pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on April 5, 2019 and declared effective by the SEC on April 18, 2019.
