NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MFIC Corporation (OTCBB: MFIC) today announced the appointment of Brian E. LeClair, C.P.A. as Chief Financial Officer and Mary Anne North as Vice President of Customer Success. Earlier this year, the Company announced the appointment of William J. Conroy as Vice President of Operations and Engineering and the appointments of William Kober, Xavier Leroy and Kent Chu as Vice Presidents of Sales for, respectively, North and South America; Europe, the Middle East and Africa; and Asia-Pacific. All parties report directly to Michael C. Ferrara, Chief Executive Officer. In addition, the Company announced the departure of Jack Swig from his position of Vice President Corporate Development and General Counsel, effective June 30, 2008. Mr. Swig will remain available to assist MFIC on a consulting basis.
