Meridian Medical Inc. Signs Distributor for the Tri-States

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 28, 2009) - Meridian Medical Inc., North American exclusive distributor for Meridian Co., Ltd. (OTCBB: MRDAF), a company engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of advanced medical devices, is pleased to announce that they have signed a multi-million dollar agreement with LipoLaser USA as a distributor for Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky State.

Upon execution of the contract, LipoLaser USA has purchased an initial order of 10 units of the Lapex 2000 BCS and is committed to purchase an additional 90 units over the next 2 1/2 years.

The President and CEO of LipoLaser USA Bob Arrasmith opened the first LipoLaser clinic in October of 2008, and he is already expanding into the Tri-State area of Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. “We are extremely excited about the future of our companies.
