Merck & Co., Inc. Announces First Quarter 2006 Dividend

WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 22, 2005--The Board of Directors of Merck & Co., Inc., meeting today, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share on the Company's common stock for the first quarter of 2006.
