HALIFAX, NS, Dec. 20 /CNW/ - MedMira Inc., ("MedMira") (TSX Venture: MIR,
NASDAQ: MMIRF) a global market leader in premium rapid diagnostic solutions,
announced today that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with
European medical distributor INyDIA Diagnsstico (INyDIA) for the Spain,
Portugal and France markets. MedMira has received an initial order from INyDIA
for the MiraCare(TM) Rapid HIV Antibody Test (MiraCare HIV), which will be
shipped in early 2007. INyDIA, which specializes in medical diagnostic
products, is a member of the European Diagnostic Network, an association of
quality, experienced diagnostic distributors representing manufacturers in
various countries.
