MUNDELEIN, Ill., Sept. 24, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Medline Industries, Inc., the nation’s largest privately held manufacturer and distributor of medical and surgical supplies, will open a new state-of-the-art distribution facility in Maumelle, Ark., in late spring 2013, the company announced today. Construction is expected to begin this fall for the new 100,000-square-foot facility, which will service Medline’s health care customers, including hospitals, nursing homes, surgery centers and home care agencies throughout the state of Arkansas. Maumelle is located 10 miles northwest of Little Rock.
