(OTCBB: MDSM) (Medistem), Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY, and the Kansas City Veterans Administration (VA) announced a collaborative effort to characterize the epigenetic profile of Endometrial Regenerative Cells (ERC), Medistem's novel population of stem cells derived from the menstrual blood. The study will be led by the VA's Suman Kambhampati, MD, Albert Einstein's Amit Verma, MD and Medistem's CEO, Thomas Ichim, PhD.
