The company intends to use the net proceeds of this proposed offering primarily to hire additional sales personnel, fund clinical studies and expand its manufacturing and research and development capabilities. Application has been made for quotation of the company’s common stock on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol “LMAT.”
Goldman, Sachs & Co. will act as sole book-running manager, and CIBC World Markets, Cowen & Company and JMP Securities will act as co-managers, for the proposed offering.
