LamdaGen Corporation, Menlo Park, California, announced today the beta-release of its E-LSPR (enhanced localized surface plasmon resonance) technology platform in the form of Open-Source sensors that perform as stand-alone sensor chips without the use of a LamdaGen analyzer.
Responding to increasing requests by Scientists, LamdaGen’s cutting edge E-LSPR sensor chips (in varying formats) will be immediately available to researchers via the Beta-Release.
Nicholas Virca, LamdaGen COO stated: “The Company’s sensor chips should be of significant interest to scientists conducting both bio and non-bio research in many diverse nano-application areas. As our new Open-Source E-LSPR platform evolves, in both format and content, we foresee the tedious use of nanoparticles, such as colloidal gold and silver, or others (i.e., islands, shells, cubes, etc.) changing, including transition in current OEM use.”
LamdaGen’s Open-Source chips are far more cost effective, user friendly, sensitive and flexible relative to research and product applications than existing colloidal technologies. Easily enabled research opportunities and applications include labeled and non-labeled biomolecular monitoring, drug discovery, diagnostics, SERS, medical imaging, chemical sensing, environmental monitoring and mitigation, bio-gating, electrical switching, plus multiple clean technology applications. While the Company rapidly completes development and production of its new Open-Source commercial product line(s), interested researchers can immediately participate in the current beta-release by going direct to: http://www.lamdagen.com/products/index.html
