SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kinetic Concepts, Inc. (NYSE: KCI) today announced the pricing of its offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 3.25% convertible senior notes due 2015. KCI has also granted an option to the initial purchasers of the notes to purchase up to an additional $90 million aggregate principal amount of notes to cover over-allotments.
