LITTLE ROCK, AR--(Marketwire - March 04, 2009) - Kelyniam Global, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: KLYG) an advanced Engineering and Rapid Prototyping Company specializing in the use of CADCAM technology today reported record year end revenues for 2008.
The company had revenues of $451,000 USD for the year ending December 31, 2008, a 392% increase in total revenue generated of $115,000 USD from the company’s inception through year end 2007.
President/CEO Mr. James Ketner stated: “The majority of the revenues we generated in 2008 were after the acquisition of M2-Systems in June. If the Company had acquired M2-Systems in January, we probably would have been closer to around $700,000. The company has started to become profitable, so we are not burning cash, selling stock for continued operations, etc. We are paying down debt with our profits as fast as possible which will be reflected in our full financial report. We have some really good projects coming up, some of which are very close to being put into action. The company will be issuing some press releases in the next couple of weeks discussing these new developments.”
Kelyniam will be posting full financial reports that would normally be filled with the SEC on form 10K on the company’s website on or near March 15. Kelyniam’s management maintains full transparency and disclosure even though the company is not fully reporting.
Mr. Ketner also added: “We have been extremely fortunate in this current economic environment to maintain growth. Advancements in technology, and utilizing that technology to further enhance the human experience, and reducing cost by advanced technology will almost always offer a protective blanket against severe economic downturns.”
