Karolinska Development AB’s (publ) (“Karolinska Development” or the “Company”) prospectus relating to a new issue of B-shares to the Company’s convertible holders, with payment by set-off (the “Set-off Issue”) was approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on March 16, 2017.
