DePuy Synthes, a subsidiary firm of Johnson and Johnson, is selling its land and building at the Mahindra World City, Chengalpattu, near Chennai. The deal is expected to fetch a price of Rs. 10 crore (including land and building).
Sources involved in this deal said, “The land area is about 4,044 sq m (roughly one acre) and the built-up area is 2,408 sq m. The ownership type is leasehold (99 year lease) and it falls under domestic tariff area. So, the sale would be through transfer of lease.”
