Johnson & Johnson and its DePuy Orthopaedics subsidiary lose a bid to dismiss a $8.3 million loss in a patient injury lawsuit over the company’s recalled metal-on-metal hip implants. Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ) subsidiary DePuy Orthopaedics is still responsible for an $8.3 million award to a patient who claimed the companies were responsible for injuries caused by recalled hip implants. California Judge J.
