Isolagen, Inc. Postpones Annual Meeting

EXTON, Pa., Sept. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Isolagen(TM), Inc. announced today that it is postponing its 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders scheduled for tomorrow in Nashville, Tennessee in order to obtain a quorum of shareholder votes. The company has rescheduled the annual meeting for Monday, November 5, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The record date for stockholders entitled to vote at the meeting remains the close of business on September 5, 2007. Stockholders who have previously sent in proxy cards or given instructions to brokers do not need to recast their votes.
