McCarthy, Jr. has decided not to stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the Company’s 2016 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders. Mr. McCarthy is departing to devote more time to his role as Chief Executive Officer and a director of ZS Genetics, Inc. as well as his other business ventures. Mr. McCarthy will continue to serve as a director of the Company until the expiration of his term at the conclusion of the Company’s 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
