SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 14 -- Inverseon, Inc. (http://www.inverseon.com) announces the receipt of a notice of allowance from the United States Patent Office covering its oral product INV102 for asthma. Additionally, a comment highlighting Inverseon’s clinical asthma study was published in the January 10, 2009 issue of The Lancet.
“To our knowledge, this would be the first patent for the utilization of certain beta blockers for the treatment of asthma,” commented Amie E.
