PRINCETON, N.J., June 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- IntegriChain, Inc., the developer of the DNA channel data and application cloud, announced today the release of DNA 2.0. Channel visibility is a major focus of the DNA 2.0 release, enabling users to access factory sales, wholesale inventory, retail inventory, retail stocking and point-of-sale purchases in a single integrated reporting and analytics tool. Another enhancement provides users with real-time email notifications and exception dashboards for a growing range of order, distributor, and downstream channel metrics.

DNA 2.0 also includes major enhancements to the DNA cloud’s infrastructure, greatly boosting speed and flexibility. With the implementation of InfoBright® (a columnar database technology), and Dell Everest servers (which contain Intel®‘s next-generation of processors), DNA 2.0 users can request, pivot and report on millions of channel data records in seconds.

Kevin Leininger, CEO of IntegriChain, stated, “Pre-canned reports are simply too limiting. Healthcare manufacturers are more and more analytical. They need to access their channel data in a way that is flexible and scales across large portfolios of SKUs and hundreds of thousands of points of sale. DNA users can pull years of detailed inventory and distribution sales data in seconds, and spin and drill into this data without advanced technical knowledge.”

DNA 2.0 also includes the industry’s most robust process for detecting and investigating accuracy and completeness issues in EDI 852 and EDI 867 data including real-time monitoring of inventory and sales data validity, file timeliness, and file completeness.

“DNA 2.0 is the first system to fully realize our customers’ vision for complete, timely visibility to the forward channel,” added Josh Halpern, IntegriChain VP of Marketing. “By raising the industry standard for data quality, system performance, and ease of use, DNA is helping more and more manufacturers to put channel data at the heart of their customer and operational strategies.”
