RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--George Wright, President and CEO of Integrated Endoscopy of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, has received a first draft of a letter of intent from EDM s.r.o., a new company formed by Stephan Pirard located in Nizna, Slovak Republic. Mr. Pirard is the former President and Statutory Director of Punch Technix, a company traded on The Euronext Amsterdam Exchange. Mr. Pirard’s new Company has committed to build a facility in Slovakia to produce Integrated Endoscopy’s disposable arthroscopes and laparoscopes. The commitment will entail an investment worth a near 4.6 Million Euros.
