Weese brings 15 years of diverse data management, project management and process analysis career experience to her role at INC Research and co-chairs the Six Sigma initiative internally within the CRO. She is actively leading a Six Sigma project and serves as the Black Belt for more than 10 additional projects within the company. She has been certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt by North Carolina State University (NC) and is in the process of certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt by North Carolina State University (NC).
