Washington Business Journal -- An International House of Pancakes franchise is considering opening a restaurant in the DC USA development in Columbia Heights. David Dochter, a retail broker for Cushman & Wakefield, which is handling retail leasing on the project, confirmed Monday that the restaurant is “in discussions” to lease space at the development.
