CALGARY, Feb. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd. (“IDC” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Garry Zurowski, B Comm, CA as a member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Zurowski is a retired partner of Collins Barrow Calgary LLP, Chartered Accountants, with experience in private and public companies including manufacturing, and property developers. His expertise is in auditing, planning, management advice and other areas offered by public accounting firms. Mr. Zurowski has been a director of Global Railway Industries Ltd. since December 2005. “Mr. Zurowski brings depth to the Board as we move toward the next phase of our company’s growth and profitability,” said John Ramsay, Chair of the Board.
Mr. Stuart Hensman has resigned effective immediately as a member of the Board, and as Chair of the Audit Committee. IDC wishes to thank him for his leadership and active role on the Board, and as Chair of the Audit Committee for the past two and a half years. Garry Zurowski has been appointed as the Chair of the Audit Committee.
