BOTHELL, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Helix BioMedix, Inc. (OTCBB: HXBM), a developer of bioactive peptides, announced that it has entered into a manufacturing and supply agreement with Peptisyntha, Inc., an affiliate of Solvay S.A. Pursuant to the agreement, Peptisyntha will manufacture and supply to Helix BioMedix its requirements for certain peptides at specified prices for an initial term of two years.
