The biotech sector is showing encouraging signs that a significant low may be in place. The ProShares Biotechnology Index (BIB) is rebounding nicely today and is up over 4% after retesting its February low yesterday. After three straight sessions of above-average selling pressure, this is an impressive reversal. If the BIB can continue to improve in the near term, a major bottom could be forming.
