BARRINGTON, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GE Healthcare Performance Solutions today announces the appointment of Dr. Peter Angood as the Medical Director of the GE Patient Safety Organization (PSO). Dr. Angood is the former Senior Advisor for Patient Safety at the National Quality Forum (NQF). The GE PSO was recently certified as part of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality’s (AHRQ) Patient Safety Organization program.
