CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ferro Corporation (NYSE:FOE) announced today that Richard J. Hipple has been elected to its Board of Directors. The Board has appointed Mr. Hipple to serve on its Finance Committee. The election increases the number of members of Ferro’s Board to ten.
