FDA Told To Reconsider Barr Pharmaceuticals, Inc.'s Morning-After Pill Access

WASHINGTON/NEW YORK, March 23 (Reuters) - The U.S. Food and Drug Administration must reconsider its decision under the Bush Administration to limit access to emergency contraception, a U.S. court ruled on on Monday, saying the agency allowed politics to interfere with its usual decision-making.
