TARRYTOWN, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News: EpiCept Corporation (NASDAQ and OMX Nordic Exchange: EPCT) today announced operating and financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2008. For the third quarter 2008, EpiCept’s net loss was $6.2 million, or $0.09 per share, compared to $7.7 million, or $0.20 per share, for the third quarter of 2007. For the nine months ended September 30, 2008, EpiCept’s net loss was $20.0 million, or $0.36 per share, compared to $22.4 million, or $0.66 per share, for the nine months ended September 30, 2007. As of September 30, 2008, EpiCept had approximately 76.2 million shares outstanding.
