EpiCept Corporation (Nasdaq and OMX Nordic Exchange: EPCT) today announced that Gert Caspritz has resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective March 6, 2008. Dr. Caspritz, a general partner of TVM Capital, has been a member of the Company’s Board since 1999 and served as EpiCept’s Chairman from July 2002 until December 2004.
