(PINKSHEETS: SFHD) roadhouse style steak restaurant chain will officially open the doors to its 29th and 30th locations at 4:00 p.m. in Lawton, Oklahoma and in Huntsville, Alabama, on Monday the 19th of January. The opening marks the 1st and 2nd new units the company will open in 2009. Santa Fe opened 9 new locations in 2008. Santa Fe Cattle Co. brings Lawton and Huntsville residents the opportunity to experience simply awesome food in a very distinctive down-home casual atmosphere at a reasonable price. The new stores are part of publicly traded parent company, Santa Fe Holding Company's goal of 12 stores for 2009. This would result in the company having a total of 40 stores placed in 7 different states.
