Protein sensor company ECI Biotech Inc. has signed a lease with Prescott Holdings LLC to move its operations into new and larger quarters at 85 Prescott Street in Worcester on June 1st. ECI Biotech will lease 11,610 square feet with an option to rent an additional 7,500 square feet in the brick mill-building. The biotech company currently leases 5,702 square feet at its current location at 6 Park Avenue in Worcester.
