NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited (NYSE:RDY) today announced the pricing of the public offering of 12.5 million (excluding the underwriter’s over-allotment option) American Depositary Shares (“ADS”) at U.S. $16.00 per ADS. The offering is expected to close on November 22, 2006.
